1. During the shower, take a small amount of Red Body Wash (body wash gel) in your hand or on a loofah.

2. Gently massage your body focusing on acne-prone areas.

3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

4. After gently drying your body, take an adequate amount of Red Clear Capsule Body Lotion.

5. Apply the lotion evenly to problem areas such as the chest, back, and keratosis pilaris (chicken skin).

6. Massage into your skin until fully absorbed.

Red Body Wash, Red Body Scrub & Capsule Body Lotion

1. During the shower, apply Red Body Wash especially to acne-prone areas and rinse thoroughly.
