Official Statement Regarding Misleading Information About the Booster Pro Device and Bell's Palsy
We would like to clearly state that the Booster Pro device does not cause Bell's Palsy. A video that has gone viral on TikTok recently is spreading false information claiming that the Booster Pro device leads to nerve damage.
This disinformation has spread rapidly; it has misled not only our existing customers but also new audiences who have not yet encountered our brand medicube.
As the brand responsible for the production, sale, and distribution of the Booster Pro, medicube feels the obligation to correct this misinformation.
First of all, it is important to note that approximately 40,000 cases of facial paralysis (including Bell's Palsy) are seen in the U.S. each year.
According to information supported by medical journalism sources, the most likely cause of Bell's Palsy is viral agents.
The information in the medical literature is as follows:
“For a long time, a viral agent has been suspected as the cause of Bell's Palsy, and this mechanism has been proven with reasonable certainty for most cases (Baringer, 1996).”
(1) Why Can't the Electrical Shocks of the Booster Pro Cause Nerve Damage?
Most facial electrical stimulation devices on the market operate in the range of 35–80mA.
The Booster Pro, however:
only operates at 7mA
and 14mA.
This means a power level of only 9% to 20% compared to similar devices on the market.
At such a low output level, it is scientifically impossible for the device to cause nerve damage or paralysis.

What is the difference from Booster-H?
It has a higher skin permeability compared to the current Booster-H; thus, active ingredients penetrate the skin more effectively and provide a stronger glow treatment. The larger device head, central LED light, and vibrating care allow for more powerful effects to be observed.
What is the difference from the original ATS Air Shot?
Unlike the current Air Shot, it is designed to work even when only one electrode is in contact. It is possible to use it by lightly touching the edge of the device head; this provides more precise and practical care. The new device is more effective and less irritating compared to the previous version.
What is the difference from the current Derma EMS Shot?

Yes, you can use all four modes at the same time. For dry skin, first use the Air Shot mode, then you can apply the Booster, Microcurrent (MC), and Derma Shot modes along with your own skincare products.
What is the usage cycle for each mode?
Be sure to check the usage cycle before use. Adjust the duration and frequency according to your skin type.
How should skincare products be applied while using Booster, MC, and Derma Shot modes simultaneously?
While in Booster mode, apply a light serum or ampoule to the skin. Then apply intensive products in gel or cream form. After the Booster mode, use the MC and Derma Shot modes with the remaining product on the skin without applying additional products. If the effect of the device feels weak, you can add a little more product to the skin.

Can all 4 modes be used around the eyes?
